Arrive Delhi at 8 AM , Our representative at the airport welcomes you and then you will be transferred to the hotel in a private car. Later Start City tour, In the first half we visit the Ancient (OLD) parts of Delhi covering the Red fort, Jama Masjid & Chandni Chowk. We drive towards Connaught place - the blooming heart of New Delhi via Raj Ghat. The second half takes you through the Modern (NEW) parts of Delhi covering the India Gate, President House and Sansad Bhavan. The evening gives you the option of enjoying the Sound & light show at the red fort or at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi – Mandawa
Today drive to Mandawa: a compact little town of Shekhavati region, Arrive and Check into hotel. In the afternoon visit Havelis & beautiful frescoes. The medieval fort of Mandawa gradually rises on the horizon like a mirage. A painted arched gateway adorned with Lord Krishna and his cows leads to the bazaar. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03: Mandawa – Bikaner
In the morning drive to Bikaner – Vale of Serenity, upon arrival check into hotel. After some rest & relax enjoy city tour covering Junagadh Fort – constructed between 1588 and 1593 by Raja Rai Singh, fort has a 986 metre long wall with 37 bastions & two entrances, Bhand Sagar Temple – The 16th century Jain temple, is the most important of this temple complex, Camel Breeding Farm – a unique experience where you can ride on a camel & have perhaps the first taste of camel’s milk. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 04: Bikaner – Jaisalmer
Drive to Jaisalmer “Golden City”. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Day at leisure to explore its narrow cobbled streets and Bazaars, the streets do seem like a walker’s dream – no traffic, no crowds and clean lanes. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05: Jaisalmer
After breakfast full day city tour covering Jaisalmer Fort – built on the highest point of the Tricuta hill, Sun Gate. Outstanding features are Megh Durbar & various temples, Salim Singh-Ki-Haveli , Patwon–Ki-Haveli – some of the beautiful mansions with stone carving and lattice work of breath taking intricacy, Gadi Sagar Tank, Manik Chowk, Meg Durbar . Overnight at the hotel.
Day 06: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
Today morning after breakfast drive to Jodhpur –The Desert enchantment, arrive and check into hotel. Later enjoy city tour covering, Mehrangarh fort – unsurpassed in beauty & grandeur, it is one of the largest forts, Jaswanthada – The 19th century royal cenotaph, Clock tower – The timely treasure of Jodhpur. Umaid Bhavan, Mandore/Mahamandir, Moti/Phool Mahal, Balsamamand Lake Gardens. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 07: Jodhpur – Udaipur
Drive to Udaipur, The city dominated by its Lake, its marble palaces and its beautiful gardens. Arrival and check-in at the Hotel. Day at Leisure. In the evening see sunset at Vyas Chhatri. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 08: Udaipur
In the morning start city tour covering, Saheliyon – Ki – Bari – The garden for the maids of honor of the queen. Jagdish temple – dedicated to Lord Vishnu & approachable by a broad flight of steps, City Palace – located amidst Lake Pichola.Gulab Bagh, Jag Mandir and Sajjangarh Palace. Evening for leisure activities. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 09: Udaipur – Pushkar
Drive to Ajmer Visit the holy shrine of Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti, which is equally revered by the Hindus and Muslims. Later proceed for visiting Pushkar (14 km.), the abode of Lord Brahma, lying to its west with a temple and a picturesque lake. The Pushkar Lake is a sacred spot for Hindus. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 10: Pushkar - Jaipur
Morning drive to Jaipur, arrival and check-in at Hotel. Evening free for independent Activities. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 11: Jaipur
In the morning take an excursion Amber fort with joy ride on an Elephant. City Palace – occupies a large area divided into a series of courtyards, gardens & buildings and a perfect blend of Rajasthani & Mughal architecture, Royal Observatory – An observatory with some rare qualities to its credit, Nawab Sahab Ki Haveli – Jantar Mantar, Jal Mahal. Evening to explore Markets of Pink City. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 12: Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra
Drive to Agra Enroute visit old capital of Akbar “Fatehpur Sikri” then proceed to Agra. Arrival and Check-in at the Hotel. Overnight at Agra. At the time f Sunset visit Taj Mahal – a poem written in white marble, the most extravagant monument ever built for love. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 13: Agra – Delhi
Morning city tour covering, Red Fort – a visit to the fort in ‘Agra’ is must since so many of the events which lead to the construction of the Taj took place here, Itmad-ud-daula’s Tomb – The tomb is of particular interest since many of its design elephants overshadow the Taj. Afternoon drive to Delhi. Drop at Hotel . Overnight stay at Delhi.
Day 14: Delhi - Kathmandu ( Air )
Transfer to the airport for flight to Kathmandu. Assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free.
Day 15 : Kathmandu
Morning city sightseeing tour to visit Machhendra Nath Temple, a two tiered bronze roof pagoda, Hanuman Dhoka - the historic seat of Royalty, Durbar Square which houses Teleju temple built in 1549 AD, figure of Kal Bhairav - God of Destruction, statue of King Pratap Malla, Temple House of Kumari - the residence of living Goddess.
Day 16 : Kathmandu
Morning visit Bhadgaon (Bhaktapur) means the city of devotees, situated at an altitude of 4600 ft., 13 kms east of Kathmandu. Durbar Square - the main Square of the city contains the Lion Gate with the lovely stone figures of Hanuman. Boudhnath - the colossal Stupa, one of the biggest in the world, has the all seeing eyes of the Buddha. The shrine is ringed by houses of Goddess Mani Jogni. It is built on an octagonal base inset with prayer wheels and is situated 8 kms east of Kathmandu . Pashupatinath Temple - situated 5 kms east of Kathmandu on the bank of sacred Bagmati river, the temple of Lord Shiva with two tiered golden roof and silver doors is famous for its super architecture. It is a centre of annual pilgrimage on the day of Maha Shivaratri.
Day 17 : Kathmandu - Delhi flight
Transfer to the airport for flight to Delhi . Upon arrival Transfer to Hotel . O/N Stay at Delhi.
Day 18 : Delhi – Departure
Morning after breakfast departure to airport to board flight back to home.
