We have finished our travel with your arrangement and collaboration with Shanama at Kashmir. I would like to inform you that we all are very happy and satisfied with your services and the trip were very enjoyable and memorable. We will keep this as a wonderful memory and experiences. However, we felt sorry to Jyoty because we not able to give him some tips for his service. We were expecting he will fetch us at domestic airport after our trip to Kashmir but he didn’t appeared. We were all satisfied with her service even he is not a talkative person but he did took care of our belongings during our visit to monument and patient waiting for us even we were late in the morning. Last but not least, we would be glad to refer your travel agency to our friend who plan to visit India .
